with all the doom and never-ending gloom that seems to be mainstream conversation everywhere - i decided to sequester myself inside the pages of this book for awhile and try to think about things that are positive and inspiring. i have recently become a board member of the Bike Calgary organization (link on the right) and since that time of become more aware of some of the important work that goes on behind the scenes here - work that allows the rest of us to ride here and enjoy our city by bike. hopefully this book will offer some warm, inspirational reading while waiting out the last 4 weeks of oldman winter's reign.
